Your monthly rate is set by how many new patients we schedule, in flat tiers agreed up front. More scheduled patients moves you up a tier — fewer moves you down. This is the only number that changes your monthly rate.
PART TWO
Included minutes for everything else
Existing patients, reschedules, insurance and billing questions — we answer those too. Every tier includes a set allowance of agent minutes for these calls. In a busier month, time beyond the allowance is billed at a simple per-minute rate you’ll know before we ever answer a call.
Why minutes are part of the model
Here’s the honest math: roughly two-thirds of the calls we answer for practices aren’t new-patient calls. We take them anyway — warmly, as your team — because that’s what a real front desk does. The minute allowance is what lets us staff enough trained, US-based agents that a genuine new patient never waits on hold or hits voicemail. You get every call covered; your new-patient pricing stays flat.
Every invoice shows its work
Each invoice lists every scheduled patient behind it — name, appointment date, provider — and itemizes your minute usage. Question a line? Dispute it in one click from your portal.
